INVESTIGATOR

Position: Informant, Market Analyst/Researcher

Job Responsibilities:

1. Investigation into commercial background, trademark usage and investigation into infringement against intellectual property (trademark and patent, etc.)

2. Development and management of informants;

3. Collection of infringing lead.

Qualifications:

1. Be able to adapt to frequent business trips and be interested in intellectual property industry.

2. Be responsible, professional, calm, flexible, smart, cooperative with others and be able to work under pressure.

3. Applicant with related working experience would be preferred.
